جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(353) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي الْبَيْتُوتَةِ لِآلِ الْعَبَّاسِ بِمَكَّةَ أَيَّامَ مِنًى مِنْ أَجْلِ سِقَايَتِهِمْ لِيَقُومُوا بِإِسْقَاءِ النَّاسِ مِنْهَا.
Permission for the family of al-Abbas to stay in Mecca during Mina days due to their duty of providing water.
Hadith 2957
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ابْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، " أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَذِنَ لِلْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ ، اسْتَأْذَنَ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَبِيتَ بِمَكَّةَ لَيَالِيَ مِنًى مِنْ أَجْلِ سِقَايَتِهِ ، فَأَذِنَ لَهُ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) granted permission to Sayyiduna Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with him) when he asked the Prophet (peace be upon him) for permission to spend the nights of Mina in Makkah Mukarramah, because he used to provide Zamzam water to the pilgrims, so the Prophet (peace be upon him) granted him permission.
