جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(322) بَابُ الصَّدَقَةِ بِلُحُومِ الْهَدْيِ، وَجُلُودِهَا، وَجِلَالِ الْبُدْنِ، بِذِكْرِ خَبَرٍ مُجْمَلٍ غَيْرِ مُفَسَّرٍ
Charity with the meat, skins, and covers of the Hajj offering, with a general narration.
Hadith 2919
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ : " أَمَرَنِي النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ أَقُومَ عَلَى بُدْنِهِ ، وَأَنْ أَتَصَدَّقَ بِجُلُودِهَا وَجِلالِهَا ، وَأُرَاهُ قَالَ : وَلُحُومِهَا "
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered me to take charge of his sacrificial animals and to give away their skins, saddles, and all of their meat as charity.
