جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(302) بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنِ احْتِصَارِ الْمَنَازِلِ بِمِنًى إِنْ ثَبَتَ الْخَبَرُ،
Chapter: Prohibition of reserving places in Mina, if the narration is authentic
Hadith Q2891
فَإِنِّي لَسْتُ أَعْرِفُ مُسَيْكَةَ بِعَدَالَةٍ وَلَا جَرْحٍ، وَلَسْتُ أَحْفَظُ لَهَا رَاوِيًا إِلَّا ابْنَتَهَا.
Provided that the hadith is authentic, because there is no knowledge of the criticism and validation (jarh wa ta'dil) of Maseekah, and only her daughter narrates from her.
Hadith 2891
حَدَّثَنَا سَلْمُ بْنُ جُنَادَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ مُسَيْكَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ تَعْنِي رَجُلا يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ ، أَلا نَبْنِي بِمِنًى بِنَاءً فَيُظِلُّكَ ، قَالَ : " لا ، مِنًى مُنَاخُ مَنْ سَبَقَ "
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that a man said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), should we not build a structure for you in Mina so that you may sit in its shade?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied, "No, Mina is for whoever comes first."
