جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(291) بَابُ الزَّجْرِ عَنْ ضَرْبِ النَّاسِ وَطَرْدِهِمْ عِنْدَ رَمْيِ الْجِمَارِ
Chapter: Prohibition of hitting or pushing people when stoning the pillars
Hadith 2878
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَيْمَنَ بْنَ نَابِلٍ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ قُدَامَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَهُوَ ابْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، يَقُولُ : " رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ عَلَى نَاقَتِهِ صَهْبَاءَ ، لا ضَرْبَ وَلا طَرْدَ ، وَلا إِلَيْكَ "
Sayyiduna Qudamah bin Abdullah bin Ammar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) on the Day of Nahr (10th Dhul-Hijjah) while he was throwing pebbles at the Jamarat, riding his red and white Sahba’ camel. (For him) no one was beaten, nor pushed, nor was there any call of “Move aside, move aside.”
