Hadith 2743
Imam Nafi’ (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) intended to perform Hajj, then said, “I will make it an ‘Umrah. If I am prevented on the way, I will do as the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) did (at the time of the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah).” Then when he reached the place of Bayda’, he said, “In my opinion, the ruling of Hajj and ‘Umrah is the same. Therefore, I make you witnesses that I have made Hajj obligatory along with my ‘Umrah (i.e., I have made the intention of Qiran Hajj).” Then when he reached the place of Qudayd, he bought a sacrificial camel and took it with him until he reached Makkah Mukarramah. Then he performed Tawaf of the Sacred House (Baytullah), and offered two rak‘ahs behind Maqam Ibrahim, and performed Sa‘i between Safa and Marwah. Then he said, “I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) doing likewise.”
Hadith 2744
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that those companions who performed Qiran Hajj did only one Tawaf.
Hadith 2745
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever has entered into the state of Ihram for both Hajj and Umrah, then one Tawaf will suffice for both of them. Then he should not exit the state of Ihram until he completes his Hajj. Then (on the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah) he should exit the Ihram for both together."
Hadith 2746
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he proclaimed the Talbiyah for Hajj and Umrah, then performed a single Tawaf for both of them, and said: I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) doing the same.
