جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(152) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ دُخُولِ مَكَّةَ مِنَ الثَّنِيَّةِ الْعُلْيَا اسْتِنَانًا بِالنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،
Chapter: Recommendation to enter Mecca from the upper pass, following the Prophet
Hadith 2693
حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْقَطَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ الطَّائِفِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، " أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَدْخُلُ مِنَ الثَّنِيَّةِ الْعَلْيَاءِ ، وَيَخْرُجُ مِنَ الثَّنِيَّةِ السُّفْلَى "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to enter (Makkah Mukarramah) from the upper pass and exit from the lower pass.
إِذْ فِي الِاقْتِدَاءِ الْخَيْرُ الَّذِي لَا يُعْتَاضُ مِنْهُ أَحَدٌ تَرَكَ الِاقْتِدَاءَ بِهِ
Because the goodness and virtue that is in following you cannot be attained by anyone who abandons your leadership.
Hadith 2693
إِذْ فِي الِاقْتِدَاءِ الْخَيْرُ الَّذِي لَا يُعْتَاضُ مِنْهُ أَحَدٌ تَرَكَ الِاقْتِدَاءَ بِهِ
