جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(151) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ دُخُولِ مَكَّةَ نَهَارًا، اقْتِدَاءً بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَالْبَيْتُوتَةِ قُرْبَ مَكَّةَ إِذَا انْتَهَى الْمَرْءُ بِاللَّيْلِ إِلَى ذِي طُوًى لِيَكُونَ دُخُولُهُ مَكَّةَ نَهَارًا لَا لَيْلًا
Chapter: Recommendation to enter Mecca during the day, following the Prophet, and to spend the night near Mecca if arriving at night
Hadith 2692
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَنَّهُ بَاتَ بِذِي طُوًى حَتَّى أَصْبَحَ ، فَدَخَلَ مَكَّةَ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, spent the night at the place of Dhi Tuwa (on the occasion of Hajj) until morning came, and then he entered Makkah Mukarramah.
