Hadith 2681
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) delivering a sermon, and he was saying: "Whoever does not find an izar (lower garment) should wear trousers, and whoever does not find sandals should wear leather socks (khuffs)."
