(137) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي حَلْقِ الْمُحْرِمِ رَأْسَهُ إِذَا مَرِضَ أَوْ أَذَاهُ الْقُمَّلُ أَوِ الصِّيبَانُ أَوْ هُمَا،

Hadith 2676
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلابَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ ، قَالَ : أَتَى عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ زَمَنَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ ، وَأَنَا كَثِيرُ الشَّعْرِ ، فَقَالَ : " كَأَنَّ هَوَامَّ رَأْسِكَ يُؤْذِيكَ ؟ " فَقُلْتُ : أَجَلْ ، قَالَ : " فَاحْلِقْهُ وَاذْبَحْ شَاةً نَسِيكَةً ، أَوْ صُمْ ثَلاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ ، أَوْ تَصَدَّقَ بِثَلاثَةِ آصُعٍ بَيْنَ سِتَّةِ مَسَاكِينٍ "
Sayyiduna Ka'b bin 'Ujrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that during the time of Hudaybiyyah, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came to me while my hair was quite long and thick. He (peace be upon him) said: "It seems that the lice of your head are troubling you?" I replied, "Yes." He (peace be upon him) said: "Shave your head and sacrifice a goat, or fast for three days, or give three sa' of grain in charity to six needy people."
وَإِيجَابِ الْفِدْيَةِ عَلَى حَالِقِ الرَّأْسِ وَإِنْ كَانَ حَلْقُهُ مِنْ مَرَضٍ أَوْ أَذًى بِرَأْسِهِ
However, he will be obliged to give fidya, even if he shaved his head due to some illness or pain in the head.
Hadith 2676
وَإِيجَابِ الْفِدْيَةِ عَلَى حَالِقِ الرَّأْسِ وَإِنْ كَانَ حَلْقُهُ مِنْ مَرَضٍ أَوْ أَذًى بِرَأْسِهِ
