جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(129) بَابُ إِبَاحَةِ قَتْلِ الْمُحْرِمِ الْحَيَّةَ وَإِنْ كَانَ قَاتِلُهَا فِي الْحَرَمِ لَا فِي الْحِلِّ
Chapter: Permissibility for a person in ihram to kill a snake, even in the sanctuary
Hadith 2668
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ بْنِ كُرَيْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ غِيَاثٍ ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، " أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ مُحْرِمًا بِقَتْلِ حَيَّةٍ فِي الْحَرَمِ "
It is narrated from Sayyidah Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) ordered the killing of snakes within the boundaries of the Haram during the state of Ihram.
