(125) بَابُ إِبَاحَةِ رُكُوبِ الْمُحْرِمِ الْبُدْنَ إِذَا سَاقَهُ بِلَفْظٍ مُجْمَلٍ غَيْرِ مُفَسَّرٍ
Chapter: Permissibility for a person in ihram to ride the sacrificial animal if he is leading it, in general terms
Hadith 2662
حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ . ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ ، وَحَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ . ح وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ . ح حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَتَى عَلَى رَجُلٍ يَسُوقُ بَدَنَةً ، فَقَالَ : " ارْكَبْهَا " ، قَالَ : إِنَّهَا بَدَنَةٌ ، قَالَ : " ارْكَبْهَا ، وَيْلَكَ أَوْ وَيْحَكَ " ، هَذَا لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ أَبِي دَاوُدَ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to a man who was driving his sacrificial animal, a camel. The Prophet said: "Ride on it." The man replied that it was a sacrificial camel. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Ride on it, woe to you, or may good come to you." These are the words of the narration of Abu Dawood.
