(116) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي الْحِجَامَةِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ مِنْ غَيْرِ قَطْعِ شَعَرٍ وَلَا حَلْقِهِ
Chapter: Permission for cupping in ihram if no hair is cut or shaved
Hadith 2651
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَمْرًا يَعْنِي ابْنَ دِينَارٍ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ ، يَقُولُ : " احْتَجَمَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ " ، ثُمَّ سَمِعْتُ عَمْرًا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ يَقُولُ : أَخْبَرَنِي طَاوُسٌ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ ، يَقُولُ : " احْتَجَمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ " ، فَظَنَنْتُ أَنَّهُ رَوَى عَنْهُمَا جَمِيعًا
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) had cupping done while in the state of Ihram. Sufyan says that then I heard Amr bin Dinar saying that Tawus informed me, he says that I heard Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) saying that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) had cupping done while in the state of Ihram. Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that in my opinion, Imam Amr bin Dinar narrated this hadith from both Ata and Tawus.
