Hadith Q2437
Allah Almighty says: « وَمَا أَنفَقْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَهُوَ يُخْلِفُهُ ۖ » [ سورة سبإ : 39 ] "And whatever you spend, He will replace it for you."

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The example of the one who gives charity and the miser is like two men who have put on two iron armors, which cover them from their chests up to their necks. Then, when the charitable person intends to spend in the way of Allah, his armor becomes spacious and wide, so much so that even his fingers are concealed in it and it erases the marks of his footsteps (i.e., it spreads beneath his feet). And when the miser intends to give charity, his armor contracts, so much so that every ring of it clings firmly to its place and it sticks to his neck or throat." Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I bear witness that I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) indicating with his hand (to explain) that the miser tries to widen the armor, but it does not become wide.
Hadith 2438
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Charity does not decrease wealth. And Allah only increases the honor of a servant who forgives. And whoever humbles himself for the sake of Allah, Allah grants him a high rank and status." In the narration of Janab Bundar and Abu Musa, it is stated: "And whoever forgives any injustice, Allah increases his honor because of it."
