(44) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا أَوْجَبَ فِي الْبُرِّ الزَّكَاةَ إِذَا بَلَغَ الْبُرُّ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسَاقٍ،

Hadith 2302
حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمِقْدَامِ ، قَالا : حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَارَةُ بْنُ غَزِيَّةَ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ صَدَقَةٌ ، وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ ، وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَةٌ "
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "There is no zakat on grain less than five wasq, and there is no zakat on silver less than five uqiyyah, and there is no zakat on camels less than five."
وَفِي التَّمْرِ إِذَا بَلَغَ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسَاقٍ، لَا إِذَا بَلَغَ الْبُرُّ وَالتَّمْرُ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسَاقٍ إِذَا ضُمَّ أَحَدُهُمَا إِلَى الْآخَرَ
And for dates, when they reach five wasqs, not when wheat and dates together reach five wasqs if one of them is combined with the other.
Hadith 2302
وَفِي التَّمْرِ إِذَا بَلَغَ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسَاقٍ، لَا إِذَا بَلَغَ الْبُرُّ وَالتَّمْرُ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسَاقٍ إِذَا ضُمَّ أَحَدُهُمَا إِلَى الْآخَرَ
And for dates, when they reach five wasqs, not when wheat and dates together reach five wasqs if one of them is combined with the other.

Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "There is no zakat on grain less than five wasq, and there is no zakat on silver less than five uqiyyah, and there is no zakat on camels less than five."
Hadith 2303
حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ ، أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي صَعْصَعَةَ ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ أَخْبَرَهُ , أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ ، وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ ذَوْدٍ مِنَ الإِبِلِ صَدَقَةٌ ، وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسَاقٍ مِنَ التَّمْرِ صَدَقَةٌ "
Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "There is no zakat on silver less than five awqiyah, nor on camels less than five, nor on dates less than five wasq."
