جماع أبواب صدقة المواشي من الإبل والبقر والغنمChapters on Zakat of Livestock
(36) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي تَأْخِيرِ الْإِمَامِ قَسْمَ الصَّدَقَةِ بَعْدَ أَخْذِهِ إِيَّاهَا، وَإِبَاحَةِ بِعْثَةِ مَوَاشِي الصَّدَقَةِ إِلَى الرَّعِي، إِلَى أَنْ يَرَى الْإِمَامُ قَسْمَهَا
36| Chapter on the concession for the imam to delay distributing zakat after collecting it, and allowing the livestock to graze until the imam decides to distribute
Hadith 2292
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلابَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ بُجْدَانَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا ذَرٍّ ، يَقُولُ : اجْتَمَعَتْ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ غَنَمٌ مِنْ غَنَمٍ لِلصَّدَقَةِ ، قَالَ : " ابْدُ فِيهَا يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ " ، قَالَ : فَبَدَوْتُ فِيهَا إِلَى الرَّبَذَةِ ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that some goats from the zakat goats were gathered with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), so he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Abu Dharr, take these goats (to graze) in the wilderness." Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) says that I took those goats to the place of Rabadhah to graze them. Then he narrated the complete hadith.
