Hadith 2288
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ عَسْكَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا نَافِعُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، حَدَّثَنِي جَعْفَرُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ ، عَنْ عِرَاكِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ فِي عَبْدِهِ ، وَلا فَرَسِهِ صَدَقَةٌ إِلا صَدَقَةَ الْفِطْرِ "
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "No charity is obligatory upon a Muslim for his slave and his horse except for the charity of Fitr."
وَالدَّلِيلُ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا عَفَا عَنِ الصَّدَقَةِ فِي الرَّقِيقِ صَدَقَةِ الْأَمْوَالِ دُونَ صَدَقَةِ الْفِطْرِ
And the evidence that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, only exempted charity from wealth in the case of slaves, and not the charity of al-Fitr.
Hadith 2288
وَالدَّلِيلُ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا عَفَا عَنِ الصَّدَقَةِ فِي الرَّقِيقِ صَدَقَةِ الْأَمْوَالِ دُونَ صَدَقَةِ الْفِطْرِ

Hadith 2289
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَخْرَمَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عِرَاكِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " لَيْسَ فِي الْعَبْدِ صَدَقَةٌ ، إِلا صَدَقَةَ الْفِطْرِ "
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) that he said: "There is no obligatory zakat on a slave except for the zakat of Fitr."
