جماع أبواب صدقة المواشي من الإبل والبقر والغنمChapters on Zakat of Livestock
(18) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ اسْمَ الزَّكَاةِ أَيْضًا وَاقِعٌ عَلَى صَدَقَةِ الْمَوَاشِي، إِذِ الصَّدَقَةُ وَالزَّكَاةُ اسْمَانِ [231 – أ] لِلْوَاجِبِ فِي الْمَالِ
18| Chapter on the evidence that the term zakat also applies to charity on livestock, as both are obligatory in wealth
Hadith 2264
Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that in the narration of Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever owns camels, cows, or goats and does not pay zakat..." I have already written this hadith in full before.
