(1) بَابُ الْبَيَانِ أَنَّ إِيتَاءَ الزَّكَاةِ مِنَ الْإِسْلَامِ بِحُكْمِ الْأَمِينَيْنِ: أَمِينِ السَّمَاءِ جِبْرِيلَ، وَأَمِينِ الْأَرْضِ مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمَا
1| Chapter clarifying that giving zakat is part of Islam by the testimony of the two trustworthy ones: Gabriel (the trustworthy of heaven) and Muhammad (the trustworthy of earth)
2 (2) بَابُ الْبَيَانِ أَنَّ إِيتَاءَ الزَّكَاةِ مِنَ الْإِيمَانِ؛ إِذِ الْإِيمَانُ وَالْإِسْلَامُ اسْمَانِ لِمَعْنًى وَاحِدٍ2| Chapter clarifying that giving zakat is part of faith, as faith and Islam are two names for one meaning
