Hadith 2215
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَعْبَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَلَّى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَجْتَهِدُ فِي الْعَشْرِ الأَوَاخِرِ مَا لا يَجْتَهِدُ فِي غَيْرِهِ "
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) exerted himself in worship during the last ten days (of Ramadan) more than he did at any other time.
