Hadith 2213
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هَاشِمٍ زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَبِيدٍ . ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي لَبِيدٍ ، سَمِعَ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ ، يَقُولُ : سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ ، فَقُلْتُ : أَيْ أُمَّهْ ، أَخْبِرِينِي عَنْ صَلاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِاللَّيْلِ ، فَقَالَتْ : " كَانَتْ صَلاتُهُ بِاللَّيْلِ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ وَفِيمَا سِوَى ذَلِكَ ثَلاثَ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً " . هَذَا حَدِيثُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ وَقَالَ أَبُو هَاشِمٍ : وَقَالَ أَبُو هَاشِمٍ : أَتَيْتُ عَائِشَةَ فَسَأَلْتُهَا عَنْ صَلاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ ، فَقَالَتْ : " كَانَتْ صَلاتُهُ ثَلاثَ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً ، مِنْهَا رَكْعَتَا الْفَجْرِ "
Hazrat Abu Salamah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), so I said, "Mother, tell me about the night prayer of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)." She replied, "His night prayer during Ramadan and in other months was thirteen rak'ahs." This is the narration of Abdul Jabbar. And in the narration of Abu Hashim, it is stated: "I came to Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) and I asked her about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in Ramadan, so she replied, 'His prayer was thirteen rak'ahs. Among them were two rak'ahs of the Sunnah of Fajr.'"
