Hadith 2034
Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that this narration of Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) is that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) kept fast during the month of Ramadan in the year of the conquest of Makkah (while traveling), until he reached the place of Al-Kadid, whereupon he broke his fast.
