Hadith 1953
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that a woman came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said that her sister had passed away and she owed two consecutive months of fasting. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If your sister had a (monetary) debt, would you pay it off for her?" She replied, "Yes." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then Allah's right is more deserving to be fulfilled."
