Hadith 1941
Sayyiduna Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that we took sahur with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), then we got up for prayer. I asked, "What was the interval between taking sahur and the prayer?" He replied, "The interval was equal to the time it takes to recite fifty verses."

Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I used to eat sahur with my family, then I would hurry to perform the Fajr prayer with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).
