Hadith 1786
نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، نا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ خُبَيْبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَعْنٍ ، عَنِ ابْنَةِ الْحَارِثَةِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ ، قَالَتْ : " مَا حَفِظْتُ ق إِلا مِنْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , يُقْرَأُ بِهَا فِي كُلِّ جُمُعَةٍ , وَكَانَ تَنُّورُنَا وَتَنُّورُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَاحِدًا " . قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : ابْنَةُ الْحَارِثَةِ هَذِهِ هِيَ أُمُّ هِشَامٍ بِنْتُ حَارِثَةَ
The daughter of Haritha bin Nu’man narrates that I memorized Surah Qaf after hearing it from the blessed mouth of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him); he used to recite this Surah every Friday, and our oven and the oven of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) were the same. Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that the daughter of Haritha is Umm Hisham bint Haritha.
Hadith 1787
نا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، نا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ أُمِّ هِشَامِ بِنْتِ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ ، قَالَتْ : " قَرَأْتُ ق وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ مِنْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , كَانَ يَقْرَؤُهَا كُلَّ جُمُعَةٍ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ إِذَا خَطَبَ النَّاسَ " . قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ هَذَا هُوَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ , نَسَبَهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ
Sayyidah Umm Hisham bint Harithah bin Nu’man (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that I learned Surah Qaf by heart after hearing it from the blessed mouth of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). He used to recite this Surah every Friday while delivering the sermon to the people from the pulpit.
