Hadith 1749
نا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ سَالِمًا يُخْبِرُ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ ، وَحَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ , حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ , عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ , عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ ، يَقُولُ : " مَنْ جَاءَ مِنْكُمُ الْجُمُعَةَ فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while he was standing on the pulpit, saying: "Whoever among you comes for Jumu'ah should perform ghusl (ritual bath)."
Hadith 1750
نا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ ، نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، نا صَخْرُ بْنُ جُوَيْرِيَةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يَخْطُبُ ، وَهُوَ يَقُولُ : " إِذَا جَاءَ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ "
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while he was delivering the sermon, and he was saying: "When any one of you comes for Jumu'ah, he should perform ghusl (ritual bath)."
Hadith 1751
نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ قَزْعَةَ ، نا الْفُضَيْلُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سُلَيْمَانَ ، نا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ وَهُوَ يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ : " إِذَا جَاءَ أَحَدُكُمُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, while he was addressing the people: "When any one of you comes to the mosque (for Jumu'ah), he should perform ghusl."
