كِتَابُ: الْجُمُعَةِ
Book of Jumu‘ah (Friday Prayer)

(1) بَابُ ذِكْرِ فَرْضِ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالْبَيَانِ أَنَّ اللَّهَ- عَزَّ وَجَلَّ- فَرَضَهَا عَلَى مَنْ قَبْلَنَا مِنَ الْأُمَمِ
1| Chapter on the obligation of Jumu‘ah and that Allah made it obligatory on previous nations
2 (2) بَابُ الدَّلِيلِ أَنَّ فَرَضَ الْجُمُعَةِ عَلَى الْبَالِغِينَ دُونَ الْأَطْفَالِ،2| Chapter on the evidence that Jumu‘ah is obligatory for adults, not children
3 (3) بَابُ ذِكْرِ إِسْقَاطِ فَرْضِ الْجُمُعَةِ عَنِ النِّسَاءِ،3| Chapter on the exemption of women from the obligation of Jumu‘ah
4 (4) بَابُ ذِكْرِ أَوَّلِ جُمُعَةٍ جُمِعَتْ بِمَدِينَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَذِكْرِ عَدَدِ مَنْ جَمَعَ بِهَا أَوَّلًا.4| Chapter on the first Jumu‘ah held in the Prophet’s city and the number who attended
5 (5) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْجُمُعَةِ الَّتِي جُمِعَتْ بَعْدَ الْجُمُعَةِ الَّتِي جُمِعَتْ بِالْمَدِينَةِ، وَذِكْرِ الْمَوْضِعِ الَّذِي جُمِعَ بِهِ.5| Chapter on the Jumu‘ah held after the one in Madinah and the location where it was held
6 (6) بَابُ ذِكْرِ مَنِّ اللَّهِ- عَزَّ وَجَلَّ- عَلَى أُمَّةِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَيْرِ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ6| Chapter on Allah’s favor to the nation of Muhammad as the best nation raised for mankind
