جماع أبواب العذر الذى يجوز فيه ترك إتيان الجماعةChapters on Excuses Permitting Missing Congregation
(145) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي تَرْكِ الْجَمَاعَةِ عِنْدَ حُضُورِ الْعَشَاءِ.
145| Chapter on the concession to miss the congregation when dinner is served
Hadith 1651
نا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ ، قَالُوا : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، نا الزُّهْرِيُّ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يُحَدِّثُ : عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " إِذَا حَضَرَ الْعَشَاءُ وَأُقِيمَتِ الصَّلاةُ فَابْدَءُوا بِالْعَشَاءِ " . هَذَا حَدِيثُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ . وَقَالَ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ ، وَأَحْمَدُ : عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ . وَقَالَ أَحْمَدُ : عَنْ أَنَسٍ
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he (peace be upon him) said: "When food is served and the prayer is established, then eat the food first." This narration is from Janab Abdul Jabbar.
