جماع أبواب قيام المأمومين خلف الإمام وما فيه من السننChapters on Followers Standing Behind the Imam
(102) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْوَقْتِ الَّذِي فِيهِ الْمَأْمُومُ مُدْرِكًا لِلرَّكْعَةِ إِذَا رَكَعَ إِمَامُهُ قَبْلُ
102| When the follower catches the unit if the imam bows before him
Hadith 1595
أنا عِيسَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْغَافِقِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ قُرَّةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ أَدْرَكَ رَكْعَةً مِنَ الصَّلاةِ ، فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقِيمَ الإِمَامُ صُلْبَهُ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever catches one rak‘ah of the prayer has caught the prayer, before the imam straightens his back." Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that in the narration of Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) it is mentioned: "Indeed, the imam bows before you and raises his head before you." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "(Your delay in bowing and your delay in raising your head) will be counted as equal."
