(78) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي رُكُوعِ الْمَأْمُومِ قَبْلَ اتِّصَالِهِ بِالصَّفِّ، وَدَبِيبِهِ رَاكِعًا حَتَّى يَتَّصِلَ بِالصَّفِّ فِي رُكُوعِهِ
78| Concession for the follower to bow before joining the row and moving while bowing to join the row
Hadith 1571
نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ الْمِصْرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَدِّي ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَقُولُ لِلنَّاسِ : " إِذَا دَخَلَ أَحَدُكُمُ الْمَسْجِدَ وَالنَّاسُ رُكُوعٌ ، فَلْيَرْكَعْ حِينَ يَدْخُلُ ، ثُمَّ لِيَدُبَّ رَاكِعًا حَتَّى يَدْخُلَ فِي الصَّفِّ ؛ فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ السُّنَّةُ " . قَالَ عَطَاءٌ : وَقَدْ رَأَيْتُهُ هُوَ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ
It is narrated from Hazrat Ata that he heard Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) saying to the people from the pulpit: When any of you enters the mosque while the people are in ruku (bowing), he should go into ruku as soon as he enters, then, while remaining in the state of ruku, he should slowly move forward and join the row. Indeed, this is the Sunnah. Hazrat Ata says that he saw Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) doing this.
