(29) بَابُ الزَّجْرِ عَنِ الْخُرُوجِ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ بَعْدَ الْأَذَانِ، وَقَبْلَ الصَّلَاةِ.
29| Warning against leaving the mosque after the call to prayer and before the prayer
Hadith 1506
نا بُنْدَارٌ ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ . ح حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، نا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالا : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ الْمُحَارِبِيِّ ، قَالَ : كُنَّا مَعَ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ ، فَأَذَّنَ مُؤَذِّنٌ ، فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ فَخَرَجَ ، فَقَالَ : " أَمَّا هَذَا فَقَدْ عَصَى أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " . وَقَالَ بُنْدَارٌ : " فَقَدْ خَالَفَ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "
It is narrated from Abu Sha’tha’ Muharibi, he says: We were in the mosque with Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), the muezzin gave the call to prayer, so a man stood up and went outside. Upon this, Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: As for this man, he has disobeyed Abul Qasim (peace and blessings be upon him). In the narration of Bundar, these words are present: This man has opposed the command of Abul Qasim (peace and blessings be upon him).
