(23) بَابُ فَضْلِ الْمَشْيِ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ فِي الظُّلَمِ بِاللَّيْلِ
23| Virtue of walking to prayer in the darkness of night
Hadith 1498
نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَلَبِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ بِخَبَرٍ غَرِيبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكَانَ ثِقَةً ، وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دَاوُدَ يُثْنِي عَلَيْهِ ، يَحْيَى بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الشِّيرَازِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ التَّمِيمِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لِيَبْشَرِ الْمَشَّاءُونَ فِي الظَّلامِ إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ بِالنُّورِ التَّامِّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ "
Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa’d Sa’idi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Give glad tidings of complete light on the Day of Resurrection to those who walk towards the mosques in darkness.”
Hadith 1499
نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو غَسَّانَ الْمَدَنِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " بَشِّرِ الْمَشَّائِينَ فِي الظَّلامِ بِالنُّورِ التَّامِّ "
Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Give glad tidings of complete light to those who walk to the mosques in darkness.”
