The statement regarding the Imam leading the people first in the Eid prayer and then in the Jumu'ah prayer, and that it is permissible to recite the same type of two Surahs in both of these prayers.
Hadith 1463
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Nu'man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), during the Eid prayers, once said: "On Eid, he used to recite Surah Al-A'la « سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى » and Surah Al-Ghashiyah « هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ »." And if Eid fell on a Friday, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would recite these same Surahs in both prayers.
