677| Number of units in the two Eid prayers
2 (678) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ الْأَكْلِ يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ قَبْلَ الْخُرُوجِ إِلَى الْمُصَلَّى، وَتَرْكِ الْأَكْلِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ إِلَى الرُّجُوعِ مِنَ الْمُصَلَّى فَيَأْكُلُ مِنْ ذَبِيحَتِهِ إِنْ كَانَ مِمَّنْ يُضَحِّي678| Recommendation to eat on Eid al-Fitr before going to the prayer place, and not to eat on Eid al-Adha until after returning and eating from the sacrifice if offering one
3 (679) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْخَبَرِ الدَّالِّ عَلَى أَنَّ تَرْكَ الْأَكْلِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ حَتَّى يَذْبَحَ الْمَرْءُ فَضِيلَةٌ،679| Report indicating the virtue of not eating on Eid al-Adha until after slaughtering

29 (705) بَابُ النُّزُولِ عَنِ الْمِنْبَرِ لِلسُّجُودِ إِذَا قَرَأَ الْخَاطِبُ السَّجْدَةَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ705| Descending from the pulpit to prostrate if the preacher recites a verse of prostration on the pulpit
30 (706) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ لِلْخَاطِبِ فِي قَطْعِ الْخُطْبَةِ لِلْحَاجَةِ تَبْدُو لَهُ706| Allowing the preacher to interrupt the sermon for a need that arises
31 (707) بَابُ إِبَاحَةِ قَطْعِ الْخُطْبَةِ لِيُعَلِّمَ بَعْضَ الرَّعِيَّةَ707| Permissibility of interrupting the sermon to teach some of the congregation
32 (708) بَابُ انْتِظَارِ الْقَوْمِ الْإِمَامَ جُلُوسًا فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ بَعْدَ فَرَاغِهِ مِنَ الْخُطْبَةِ لِيَعِظَ النِّسَاءَ وَيُذَكِّرَهُنَّ708| The people waiting seated after the sermon on the two Eids for the imam to exhort the women
33 (709) بَابُ ذِكْرِ عِظَةِ الْإِمَامِ النِّسَاءَ وَتَذْكِيرِهِ إِيَّاهُنَّ وَأَمْرِهِ إِيَّاهُنَّ بِالصَّدَقَةِ بَعْدَ خُطْبَةِ الْعِيدَيْنِ709| The imam exhorting and reminding the women and commanding them to give charity after the Eid sermon
34 (710) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا أَتَى النِّسَاءَ بَعْدَ فَرَاغِهِ مِنَ الْخُطْبَةِ لِيَعِظَهُنَّ إِذِ النِّسَاءُ لَمْ يَسْمَعْنَ خُطْبَتَهُ وَمَوْعِظَتَهُ710| Evidence that the Prophet (ﷺ) went to the women after the sermon to exhort them because they did not hear his sermon
35 (711) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي تَرْكِ انْتِظَارِ الرَّعِيَّةِ لِلْخُطْبَةِ يَوْمَ الْعِيدِ711| Concession to not wait for the sermon on Eid day
36 (712) بَابُ اجْتِمَاعِ الْعِيدِ وَالْجُمُعَةِ فِي يَوْمٍ وَاحِدٍ،712| Eid and Friday occurring on the same day
37 (713) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ لِبَعْضِ الرَّعِيَّةِ فِي التَّخَلُّفِ عَنِ الْجُمُعَةِ إِذَا اجْتَمَعَ الْعِيدُ وَالْجُمُعَةُ فِي يَوْمٍ وَاحِدٍ،713| Concession for some to miss Friday prayer if Eid and Friday coincide
38 (714) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ لِلْإِمَامِ إِذَا اجْتَمَعَ الْعِيدَانِ وَالْجُمُعَةُ أَنْ يُعِيدَ بِهِمْ وَلَا يُجَمِّعَ بِهِمْ،714| Concession for the imam to lead Eid and not Friday prayer if both coincide
39 (715) بَابُ إِبَاحَةِ خُرُوجِ النِّسَاءِ فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ، وَإِنْ كُنَّ أَبْكَارًا ذَوَاتِ خُدُورٍ حُيَّضًا كُنَّ أَوْ أَطْهَارًا715| Permissibility of women attending the two Eid prayers, whether virgins, secluded, menstruating, or pure
40 (716) بَابُ الْأَمْرِ بِاعْتِزَالِ الْحَائِضِ إِذَا شَهِدَتِ الْعِيدَ،716| Command for menstruating women to stay away from the prayer area if attending Eid
41 (717) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ الرُّجُوعِ مِنَ الْمُصَلَّى مِنْ غَيْرِ الطَّرِيقِ الَّذِي أَتَى فِيهِ الْمُصَلِّي717| Recommendation to return from the prayer place by a different route
