Hadith 1335
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace be upon him) said during the Battle of Ahzab: "May Allah fill the graves and houses of those polytheists with fire, just as they kept us occupied from the middle prayer until the sun had set."
Hadith 1336
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said on the day of the Battle of the Trench: "May Allah fill the hearts and graves of these disbelievers with fire, just as they kept us occupied from the middle prayer."
Hadith 1337
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Those disbelievers kept us occupied from the middle prayer, the Asr prayer. May Allah fill their graves or, he said, their houses with fire." In the narration of Al-Ashajj, it is: "May He fill their houses and their graves with fire." Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed (the Asr prayer) between the two night prayers. Janab Salm has added these words: "(He performed) the Asr prayer between Maghrib and Isha."
Hadith 1338
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The middle prayer is the Asr prayer."
