(599) بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنِ التَّنَخُّمِ فِي قِبْلَةِ الْمَسْجِدِ
The chapter on the prohibition of spitting towards the qiblah in the mosque
Hadith 1312
نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ ، نَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ ، وَابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، ويعلى ، عَنْ أَبِي سُوقَةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْجَوْهَرِيُّ ، أَيْضًا نَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سُوقَةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ أُولَئِكَ : " مَنْ تَنَخَّمَ فِي قِبْلَةِ الْمَسْجِدِ بُعِثَ وَهِيَ فِي وَجْهِهِ "
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever spits phlegm facing the Qiblah will be raised (on the Day of Resurrection) in such a state that the phlegm will be on his face."
Hadith 1313
ثناهُ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ ، نَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سُوقَةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يُبْعَثُ صَاحِبُ النُّخَامَةِ فِي الْقِبْلَةِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَهِيَ فِي وَجْهِهِ "
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever spits phlegm facing the Qiblah will be raised on the Day of Resurrection in such a state that the phlegm will be on his face."
Hadith 1314
نَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَهُوَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ جَيْشٍ ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ تَفَلَ تُجَاهَ الْقِبْلَةِ جَاءَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَتَفْلُهُ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ "
Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever spits in the direction of the Qiblah will come on the Day of Resurrection in such a state that his spit will be between his eyes."
