Hadith 1281
Hazrat Alqamah narrates that I asked Umm al-Mu'mineen Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), "O Umm al-Mu'mineen, how was the blessed practice of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)? Did he (peace be upon him) specify certain days for worship and deeds?" She replied, "No, the blessed practice of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was continuous." And who among you has the strength to do as much as the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was granted? These are the words of Abu Ammar's narration. The words of Yusuf are that she said, "No, his blessed practice was of continuity and permanence." Whereas in his narration, Al-Dawraqi said that he asked Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) about how the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was, and he did not mention the words about whether he used to specify certain days for worship and deeds.

Hadith 1282
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that a woman from Banu Asad was sitting with me when the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) came. He (peace be upon him) asked, "Who is this?" I replied, "Such-and-such woman, who is famous for the abundance of her (voluntary) prayers." So the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Stop, you are required to do only as much as you are able. By Allah, Allah does not tire (of giving reward) until you tire (of performing deeds)." Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says that the most beloved deed to the Prophet (peace be upon him) was that which a person performed consistently.

Hadith 1283
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the act most beloved to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was that which was done consistently and regularly, even if it was little. Also, whenever the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) performed a prayer, he would do so consistently. Sayyiduna Abu Salamah (may Allah be pleased with him) recited this verse « الَّذِينَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِهِمْ دَائِمُونَ » ("True believers are those") "who are constant in their prayers."
