(561) بَابُ التَّطَوُّعِ بِالنَّهَارِ لِلْمُسَافِرِ خِلَافَ مَذْهَبِ مَنْ كَرِهَ التَّطَوُّعَ لِلْمُسَافِرِ بِالنَّهَارِ
The chapter on voluntary prayers during the day for travelers, contrary to those who disliked it
Hadith 1251
قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : خَبَرُ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " صَلَّى يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ الضُّحَى ثَمَانِ رَكَعَاتٍ " . قَدْ خَرَّجْتُهُ قَبْلُ
Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I have previously mentioned this hadith of Sayyidah Umm Hani, that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) performed eight units (rak‘ahs) of Duha prayer on the day of the conquest of Makkah.
