Hadith Q1167
إِخَالُهُ يَسْبِقُ إِلَى قَلْبِ بَعْضِ مَنْ لَمْ يَتَبَحَّرِ الْعِلْمَ أَنَّهُ يُضَادُّ الْخَبَرَيْنِ اللَّذَيْنِ ذَكَرْتُهُمَا قَبْلُ فِي الْبَابَيْنِ الْمُتَقَدِّمَيْنِ
I think that a person lacking scholarly depth may feel that this narration is contrary to the narrations mentioned in the previous two chapters.
Hadith 1167
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to pray nine rak'ahs (units of prayer) at night, including Witr (the odd-numbered prayer).
