جماع أبواب الفريضة فى السفرChapters on Prayers while Traveling
(380) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ قَصْرِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي السَّفَرِ لِقَبُولِ الرُّخْصَةِ الَّتِي رَخَّصَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ،
380 Chapter: Recommendation to Shorten the Prayer While Traveling, Accepting the Concession Granted by Allah.
Hadith Q950
إِذِ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يُحِبُّ إِتْيَانَ رُخَصِهِ الَّتِي رَخَّصَهَا لِعِبَادِهِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Because Allah Almighty likes for His servants to act upon those concessions which Allah has granted to His believing servants.
Hadith 950
نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ الْبَرْقِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمُ ، أَخْبَرَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ زِيَادٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي عُمَارَةُ بْنُ غَزِيَّةَ ، عَنْ حَرْبِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يُوتَى رُخْصَةٌ ، كَمَا يَكْرَهُ أَنْ تُؤْتَى مَعْصِيَةٌ "
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: "Indeed, Allah Almighty likes that His concessions be acted upon just as He dislikes sin and disobedience."
