5 (380) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ قَصْرِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي السَّفَرِ لِقَبُولِ الرُّخْصَةِ الَّتِي رَخَّصَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ،380 Chapter: Recommendation to Shorten the Prayer While Traveling, Accepting the Concession Granted by Allah.
6 (381) بَابُ إِبَاحَةِ قَصْرِ الْمُسَافِرِ الصَّلَاةَ فِي الْمُدُنِ إِذَا قَدِمَهَا، مَا لَمْ يَنْوِ مَقَامًا يُوجِبُ إِتْمَامَ الصَّلَاةِ381 Chapter: Permissibility of the Traveler Shortening the Prayer in Cities If He Has Not Intended a Stay That Requires Completing the Prayer.
7 (382) بَابُ إِبَاحَةِ قَصْرِ الْمُسَافِرِ إِذَا أَقَامَ بِالْبَلْدَةِ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ مِنْ غَيْرِ إِزْمَاعٍ عَلَى إِقَامَةٍ مَعْلُومَةٍ بِالْبَلْدَةِ عَلَى الْحَاجَةِ382 Chapter: Permissibility of the Traveler Shortening the Prayer If He Stays in a Town for More Than Fifteen Days Without Intending a Definite Stay, but for a Need.
8 (383) بَابُ ذِكْرِ خَبَرٍ احْتَجَّ بِهِ بَعْضُ مَنْ خَالَفَ الْحِجَازِيِّينَ فِي إِزْمَاعِ الْمُسَافِرِ مَقَامَ أَرْبَعٍ أَنَّ لَهُ قَصْرَ الصَّلَاةِ383 Chapter: Mentioning a Report Used by Some Who Differed from the People of Hijaz Regarding the Traveler Intending to Stay Four Days and His Right to Shorten the Prayer.
9 (384) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ فِي السَّفَرِ384 Chapter: Permission to Combine Maghrib and Isha While Traveling.
10 (385) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ وَبَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدَّ بِالْمُسَافِرِ السَّيْرُ385 Chapter: Permission to Combine Dhuhr and Asr, and Maghrib and Isha, Even If the Traveler Is Not Moving.
11 (386) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَ الصَّلَاتَيْنِ فِي السَّفَرِ،386 Chapter: Permission to Combine Two Prayers While Traveling.
12 (387) بَابُ الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ فِي وَقْتِ الْعَصْرِ، وَبَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ فِي وَقْتِ الْعِشَاءِ387 Chapter: Combining Dhuhr and Asr at the Time of Asr, and Maghrib and Isha at the Time of Isha.
13 (388) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَ الصَّلَاتَيْنِ فِي الْحَضَرِ فِي الْمَطَرِ388 Chapter: Permission to Combine Two Prayers at Home Due to Rain.
14 (389) بَابُ الْأَذَانِ وَالْإِقَامَةِ لِلصَّلَاتَيْنِ إِذَا جَمَعَ بَيْنَهُمَا فِي السَّفَرِ،389 Chapter: Adhan and Iqamah for Two Prayers When Combined While Traveling.
15 (390) بَابُ إِبَاحَةِ تَرْكِ الْأَذَانِ لِلصَّلَاةِ إِذَا فَاتَ وَقْتُهَا وَإِنْ صُلِّيَتْ جَمَاعَةً390 Chapter: Permissibility of Omitting the Adhan for a Missed Prayer Even If Prayed in Congregation.
