(372) بَابُ ذِكْرِ نَفْيِ قَبُولِ صَلَاةِ الْمُرَائِي بِهَا
372 Chapter: Denial of Acceptance of the Prayer of One Who Shows Off.
Hadith 938
نَا نَا بُنْدَارٌ ، نَا مُحَمَّدٌ ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الْعَلاءَ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَرْوِيهِ عَنْ رَبِّهِ ، قَالَ : " أَنَا خَيْرُ الشُّرَكَاءِ " وَقَالَ بُنْدَارٌ : " أَنَا أَغْنَى الشُّرَكَاءِ عَنِ الشِّرْكِ فَمَنْ عَمَلَ عَمَلا فَأَشْرَكَ فِيهِ غَيْرِي فَأَنَا مِنْهُ بَرِيءٌ وَهُوَ لِلَّذِي أَشْرَكَ " وَقَالَ بُنْدَارٌ : قَالَ : " فَأَنَا مِنْهُ بَرِيءٌ وَلْيَلْتَمِسْ ثَوَابَهُ مِنْهُ " وَقَالَ بُنْدَارٌ : عَنِ الْعَلاءِ
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah narrates from the Noble Prophet (ﷺ), who relates from his Lord, that Allah Almighty says: "I am the best of partners." And the wording of Bundar's narration is: "I am independent of the shirk of partners. Therefore, whoever does any deed and associates someone else with Me in it, then I am free from him, and that deed is for the one whom he associated with Me." In the narration of Bundar, these words are present: "So I am disassociated and unconcerned with him, and he should seek his reward from that (partner) whom he associated."
