جماع أبواب اللباس فى الصلاةChapters on Clothing in Prayer
(259) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فِي بَعْضِ الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ يَكُونُ بَعْضُهُ عَلَى الْمُصَلِّي وَبَعْضُهُ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ.
259 Chapter: Permission to Pray in Part of a Single Garment, with Part Covering the Worshipper and Part Not.
Hadith 768
أنا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ، سَمِعَهُ مِنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ ، عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ ، قَالَتْ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يُصَلِّي وَعَلَيَّ مِرْطٌ ، عَلَيَّ بَعْضُهُ وَعَلَيْهِ بَعْضٌ ، وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ " . الْمِرْطُ أَكْسِيَةٌ مِنْ صُوفٍ
Lady Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace be upon him) would pray while I had a woolen sheet over me; part of it would be on me and part of it would be on the Prophet (peace be upon him), even though I was menstruating.
