Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه narrates from the Noble Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم that he صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "Whoever recites « سُبْحَانَاللَٰه » thirty-three times, « الحَمْدُلِلَٰه » thirty-three times, and « اللهُأَكْبَرُ » thirty-three times after the prayer, this makes ninety-nine times. Then, to complete the count to one hundred, he recites « لَاإِلَهَإِلَّااللَٰهُوَحْدَهُ ، لَاشَرِيكَلَهُ،لَهُالْمُلْكُ ، وَلَهُالْحَمْدُ ، وَهُوَعَلَىكُلِّشَيْءٍقَدِيرٌ » 'There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, He is alone, He has no partner, all sovereignty and all praise belong to Him, and He has power over all things.' — his sins will be forgiven even if they are as much as the foam of the sea."
