(208) بَابُ التَّسْوِيَةِ بَيْنَ السُّجُودِ وَبَيْنَ الْجُلُوسِ بَيْنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ، أَوْ مُقَارَبَةُ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا.
208 Chapter: Equalizing the Duration of Prostration and the Sitting between the Two Prostrations, or Making Them Close in Length.
Hadith 683
نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، نا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ يَعْنِي الزُّبَيْرِيَّ ، نا مِسْعَرٌ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ ، قَالَ : " كَانَ سُجُودُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَرُكُوعُهُ ، وَقُعُودُهُ بَيْنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ قَرِيبًا مِنَ السَّوَاءِ "
Sayyiduna Bara’ bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the prostration of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), his bowing, and his sitting between the two prostrations were approximately equal in duration.
