Hadith 491
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that indeed the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), Sayyiduna Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman (may Allah be pleased with them) used to begin the recitation from « الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ».

بُنْدَارٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، نا
شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ
قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ
أَنَسٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَأَبَا بَكْرٍ ، وَعُمَرَ ، وَعُثْمَانَ كَانُوا " يَسْتَفْتِحُونَ الْقِرَاءَةَ بِ : الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ سورة الفاتحة آية 2 "
