(221) بَابُ غَسْلِ بَوْلِ الصَّبِيَّةِ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ مُرْضَعَةً، وَالْفَرْقُ بَيْنَ بَوْلِهَا، وَبَيْنَ بَوْلِ الصَّبِيِّ الْمُرْضَعِ.
Chapter 221: Washing a girl’s urine even if she is nursing, and the difference between her urine and that of a nursing boy
Hadith 284
نا بُنْدَارٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَرْبِ بْنِ أَبِي الأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي بَوْلِ الْمُرْضَعِ : " يُنْضَحُ بَوْلُ الْغُلامِ ، وَيُغْسَلُ بَوْلُ الْجَارِيَةِ " . نا أَبُو مُوسَى بِمِثْلِهِ , وَزَادَ : قَالَ قَتَادَةُ : " هَذَا مَا لَمْ يَطْعَمَا الطَّعَامَ , فَإِذَا طَعِمَا غُسِلا جَمِيعًا "
Sayyiduna Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said regarding the urine of a suckling boy: "Water will be sprinkled over the boy's urine, and the girl's urine will be washed." The Imam narrates from Abu Musa in this manner, and in it this addition is mentioned that Qatadah says: This ruling is until both of them start eating food. Then, when both of them start eating food, the urine of both will be washed.
