جماع أبواب التيمم عند الإعواز من الماء فى السفر،Chapters on Tayammum when Water is Unavailable
(205) بَابُ ذِكْرِ مَا كَانَ اللَّهُ- عَزَّ وَجَلَّ- فَضَّلَ بِهِ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى الْأَنْبِيَاءِ قَبْلَهُ، وَفَضَّلُ أُمَّتَهُ عَلَى الْأُمَمِ السَّالِفَةِ قَبْلَهُمْ بِإِبَاحَتِهِ لَهُمُ التَّيَمُّمَ بِالتُّرَابِ عِنْدَ الْإِعْوَازِ مِنَ الْمَاءِ
Chapter 205: What Allah favored the Prophet and his nation with over previous nations by allowing tayammum with earth when water is lacking
Hadith 263
نا سَلْمُ بْنُ جُنَادَةَ الْقُرَشِيُّ ، نا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ وَهُوَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ طَارِقٍ الأَشْجَعِيُّ ، عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " فُضِّلَتْ هَذِهِ الأُمَّةُ عَلَى النَّاسِ بِثَلاثٍ : جُعِلَتْ لَنَا الأَرْضُ مَسْجِدًا وَطَهُورًا ، وَجُعِلَتْ صُفُوفَنَا كَصُفُوفِ الْمَلائِكَةِ ، وَأُعْطِيتُ هَذِهِ الآيَاتِ مِنْ آخِرِ سُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ ، مِنْ بَيْتِ كَنْزٍ تَحْتَ الْعَرْشِ لَمْ يُعْطَ مِنْهُ أَحَدٌ قَبْلِي وَلا أَحَدٌ بَعْدِي "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "This Ummah (the Ummah of Muhammad) has been given superiority over people in three things. The earth has been made a mosque and a means of purification for us. Our rows have been made like the rows of angels. And I have been given these last verses of Surah Al-Baqarah from the treasure house beneath the Throne. No one before me has been given anything from it, nor will anyone after me be given it."
