(195) بَابُ إِفْرَاغِ الْمَرْأَةِ الْمَاءَ عَلَى يَدِ زَوْجِهَا لِيَغْسِلَ يَدَيْهِ قَبْلَ إِدْخَالِهِمَا الْإِنَاءَ إِذَا أَرَادَ الِاغْتِسَالَ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ

Hadith 251
نا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْقَزَّازُ ، نا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ وَهُوَ رَشْكٌ ، عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ وَهِيَ الْعَدَوِيَّةُ ، قَالَتْ : سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ : أَتَغْتَسِلُ الْمَرْأَةُ مَعَ زَوْجِهَا مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ مِنَ الإِنَاءِ الْوَاحِدِ جَمِيعًا ؟ قَالَتِ : " الْمَاءُ طَهُورٌ وَلا يُجْنِبُ الْمَاءَ شَيْءٌ ، لَقَدْ كُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أنَا وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الإِنَاءِ الْوَاحِدِ " ، قَالَتْ : " أَبْدَأُهُ فَأُفْرِغُ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَغْمِسَهُمَا فِي الْمَاءِ "
Sayyida Mu’adh ‘Adawiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that I asked Sayyida ‘A’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her), “Can a woman perform ghusl of janabah together with her husband from the same vessel?” She replied, “Water is pure and nothing makes water impure. I and the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to perform ghusl from the same vessel.” She said, “I would begin for the Prophet (peace be upon him), so I would pour water on his hands before he put them into the water.”
