Hadith Q233
يَلْتَقِي فِيهِ الْخِتَانَانِ أَوْ يَتَمَاسَّانِ، كَانَ الْإِمْنَاءُ مِنْ مُبَاشَرَةٍ أَوْ جِمَاعٍ دُونَ الْفَرْجِ، أَوْ مِنْ قُبْلَةٍ أَوْ مِنِ احْتِلَامٍ، كَانَ الْإِمْنَاءُ فِي الْيَقَظَةِ بَعْدَ الْغُسْلِ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ، قَبْلَ تَبَوُّلِ الْجُنُبِ قَبْلَ الِاغْتِسَالِ أَوْ بَعْدَهُ، أَوْ بَعْدَ مَا يَبُولُ. ضِدُّ قَوْلِ مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّ الْإِمْنَاءَ إِذَا كَانَ بَعْدَ الْجَنَابَةِ، وَبَعْدَ الِاغْتِسَالِ قَبْلَ تَبَوُّلِ الْجُنُبِ أَوْجَبَ ذَلِكَ الْمَنِيُّ غُسْلًا ثَانِيًا، وَإِنْ كَانَ الْإِمْنَاءُ بَعْدَ مَا تَبَوَّلَ الْجُنُبُ، ثُمَّ يَغْتَسِلُ بَعْدَ الْبَوْلِ مَا يُوجِبُ ذَلِكَ الْإِمْنَاءُ- زَعَمَ- غُسْلًا.
In which the private parts meet or touch each other, whether ejaculation of semen occurs through intercourse, through intercourse in any part other than the private part, or due to kissing and embracing, or due to a wet dream, whether ejaculation of semen occurs after the obligatory bath of major impurity (ghusl janabah) while awake, whether before or after the person in a state of major impurity urinates, or after urinating. Contrary to the claim of those scholars who say that if ejaculation of semen occurs after janabah and before the person in a state of major impurity urinates, then another bath becomes obligatory, and if ejaculation of semen occurs after the person in a state of major impurity urinates, then he bathes after urinating, then this ejaculation does not make another bath obligatory.
Hadith 233
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he (peace be upon him) said: "Indeed, (the obligation of) ghusl (ritual bath) is due to (the emission of) water (semen)."
Hadith 234
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Water is (obligatory) because of water."
