Hadith Q190
وَالدَّلِيلُ عَلَى أَنَّ الرُّخْصَةَ فِي الْمَسْحِ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ لِلَابِسِهَا عَلَى طَهَارَةٍ، دُونَ لَابِسِهَا مُحْدِثًا غَيْرَ مُتَطَهِّرٍ.
And the explanation of the evidence that the concession of wiping over the leather socks is for the person who wore them after performing ablution, and not for the one who wore them without purification, without ablution.
Hadith 190
Sayyiduna Mughirah bin Shu’bah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I asked, “O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), do you wipe over your leather socks?” He (peace and blessings be upon him) replied, “Yes, because I put them on while my feet were in a state of purity.”
Hadith 191
Sayyiduna Mughira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I asked, "O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), do you wipe over the leather socks (khuffs)?" He (peace be upon him) replied, "Indeed, I put both my feet into them while in a state of purity."
Hadith 192
Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Abi Bakrah narrates from his respected father, and he from the Noble Prophet (peace be upon him), that the Prophet (peace be upon him) granted a concession for the traveler for three days and three nights, and for the resident for one day and one night, that when he performs ablution and puts on leather socks, he may wipe over them.
